Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for digital products sold through our marketplace, including themes, plugins, templates, UI kits, scripts, and other downloadable resources.

1. Policy Overview

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly after successful payment, all purchases are generally considered final. Once a product has been downloaded or access has been granted, it cannot be physically returned in the same way as a physical item.

However, we understand that there may be rare situations where a refund request is reasonable. In such cases, we review each request fairly and individually.

2. Refunds May Be Considered In the Following Cases

  • The product is completely unusable and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.
  • You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical or billing error.
  • You purchased the same item twice by mistake and have not used the duplicate purchase.
  • The delivered file is corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from the product description.
  • A serious technical issue exists and remains unresolved after reasonable support attempts.
Please note: refund approval is not automatic. Each request is checked based on the product, purchase history, usage status, and the issue reported.

3. Refunds Will Normally Not Be Granted In These Cases

  • You changed your mind after purchasing the product.
  • You no longer need the product or found an alternative elsewhere.
  • You expected a feature that was not clearly listed in the product description.
  • You do not have the technical knowledge required to use, install, or customize the product.
  • The product does not fit your personal preference, brand style, or design taste.
  • You failed to read the product details, compatibility information, or documentation before purchase.
  • You request a refund after extensive use, download, or implementation of the product.

4. Digital Product Nature

Our marketplace primarily sells digital goods such as website themes, plugins, templates, UI kits, scripts, and design resources. These products are delivered electronically and are available for instant access after payment.

Since digital files can be copied, saved, or used immediately after delivery, they are generally non-returnable. For this reason, customers are encouraged to review the product preview, features, compatibility notes, screenshots, demo links, and product description carefully before making a purchase.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, please contact our support team with clear details. To help us process your request faster, please include:

  • Your order number or purchase reference
  • The product name
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Screenshots, error messages, or other supporting evidence if available
  • Steps you already tried to solve the issue

Refund requests should preferably be submitted within a reasonable period after purchase. Delayed requests may reduce the likelihood of approval, especially if the product has already been downloaded or used extensively.

6. Support Before Refund Decision

In many cases, issues can be resolved through documentation, installation guidance, compatibility checks, or product support. Before approving a refund, we may first attempt to help resolve the reported problem.

We strongly encourage customers to contact support before assuming a product is defective. Many issues are caused by setup mistakes, plugin conflicts, hosting limitations, outdated software versions, or incorrect usage rather than by the product itself.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned through the original payment method, subject to payment processor timelines and banking policies.

8. Product Updates and Compatibility

Some refund requests are related to software, platform, or plugin compatibility. While we aim to keep products updated, compatibility may depend on your hosting setup, CMS version, server environment, third-party tools, or custom code modifications.

Customers should always verify that a product fits their environment before purchase. If compatibility information is clearly provided on the product page, that information should be reviewed carefully in advance.

9. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of misuse, abuse, suspicious purchasing behavior, repeated refund history, or attempts to obtain a digital product without legitimate payment.

Our goal is to maintain a fair marketplace for both customers and product creators, so refund decisions are made with balance, reason, and transparency.
